Hobie Fleet 297 is a catamaran sailing club near Kansas City. Our fleet is based at Clinton Lake near Lawrence, KS, and is sanctioned by the North American Hobie Class Association - Division 14. Fleet 297 is dedicated to promoting the sport of catamaran sailing, racing, and most of all, having fun. We sail Hobie catamarans of all shapes and sizes. We host the annual Frayed Knot Regatta at Clinton Lake in Late September and travel to other regattas throughout the mid-west.
